The Conditions of Hire regarding this property:- *Cost per week - price on application Maximum occupancy for cottage is 6 people plus a baby in travel cot. *Bookings and cancellation must be in writing. *On booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is payable if booking is more than 8 weeks before arrival. The balance being payable 8 weeks before arrival date. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less before the date of arrival, full payment is required. *Prices are all inclusive of electricity and central heating. Linen is hire available at an additional cost of £15 for the kingsize bed and £8 per single bed. Please note that linen hire is not available for the cot and does not include any towels. You will need to bring beach and bath towels with you. *SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE COTTAGE *NO PETS ALLOWED * Any breakages or damage to the property must be reported to the owners as soon as possible so that replacements can be purchased. These will have to be paid for accordingly. * The furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property must be left in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. *From time to time access may be required, at reasonable times, by the owners for maintenance or viewing. *Bookings may be telephoned up to 9.00 p.m., but must be confirmed in writing with booking form and deposit within 3 days. * Rental period commences at 3.30 p.m. on arrival day and property must be vacated by 10.30. a.m. at the latest, on day of departure. *Receipt of deposit and balance will be confirmed by the owners in writing. *In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, but the balance paid will be refunded if we have been able to re-let the property. We do strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
